KYN28A-12 (also known as GZS1) is a widely used indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear designed for 3-phase AC 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV. It is primarily utilized in power plants, substations, and industrial/mining facilities for the distribution of electrical energy, as well as the control and protection of electrical circuits.

Key Features
"Five-Proof" Interlock: Features a mandatory mechanical interlocking system to prevent common operational errors, such as moving the circuit breaker handcart under load or entering energized compartments.
Compartmentalized Design: The cabinet is divided into four separate sections—busbar, circuit breaker, cable, and instrument chambers—each with its own pressure relief channel to ensure safety during internal arc faults.
Broad Compatibility: It can be equipped with various vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), including domestic models like ZN63A (VS1) and international models like ABB's VD4 or Schneider's EV12S.
Construction: The cabinet is typically made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates processed by CNC machines and assembled with high-strength bolts or rivets for high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
Environment condition
1.Ambient air temperature: -5~+40 and the average temperature should not exceed +35 in 24h.
2. Install and use indoors. Altitude above sea level for operation site should not exceed 2000M.
3. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20. But in view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually.
4. Installation gradient not exceed 5.
5. Install in the places without fierce vibration and shock and the sites insufficient to erode the electrical components.
